Ms. do Amaral Verhoeven has an academic background in law and business administration with a specialization in foreign trade from Brazil, as well as an LL.M. focusing on international business law from Germany.
In her last position, she worked in the trade and investment department of the Brazilian Consulate General in Frankfurt am Main, organizing economic relations and bilateral projects between Germany and Brazil.
With more than fifteen years of professional experience in law firms and companies, Ms. do Amaral Verhoeven has been responsible for internal management at horizon-re since August 2025. In this role, she oversees employee management as well as the creation of clear structures and efficient processes. She organizes the continuous development of internal procedures.
