Our Founders

Our founding partners are tax advisors and lawyers specializing in insolvency and restructuring law, with more than 40 years of combined experience advising companies on isolated challenges and in crisis situations. They also bring extensive experience in managing and founding their own businesses.

Together with the team of business economists, we form under one roof, already from the founding idea, a holistically positioned team of specialists for restructuring projects in all phases of a company – always keeping the entrepreneur's perspective in mind together with the client and from our own experience.
