Attorney Kathrin Brockmeyer has been active in insolvency law for more than 15 years and is regularly appointed as insolvency administrator. In this role, she regularly deals with issues of insolvency labor law, especially in connection with the treatment and continuation of employment relationships in insolvency proceedings and the drafting and negotiation of reconciliation of interests and social plans.
Another focus of her work is advising, preparing, and implementing insolvency plan proceedings as well as self-administration. She accompanies national and international companies through structured restructuring processes with the aim of maintaining business operations and positioning them for the future. Furthermore, Ms. Brockmeyer advises companies in economic crisis situations in the area of restructuring and turnaround consulting and supports them in a practical and solution-oriented manner. The early development of viable strategies is paramount to minimize risks and make the best use of available options.
