Attorney Dr. Alexander Verhoeven has been advising national and international companies/investors for over 15 years in the fields of corporate law/(distressed) M&A/insolvency law/restructuring.
His specialty is supporting clients in all phases of procedure-driven restructuring projects (self-administration, protective shield, StaRUG) as an advisory companion and as CRO/general authorized representative, as well as taking on the role of trustee and restructuring officer.
As a liquidator, he regularly liquidates the respective legal entities on behalf of large corporations or individual shareholders in unprofitable business areas within the framework of silent/solvent or procedure-driven liquidations.
He is also listed and appointed as an insolvency administrator at 13 courts in Hesse, Baden-Württemberg, and Bavaria.
